Mene ne ya sanya fikihu da usul da rijal da hadisi sune kadai ake iya tsamo hukunci daga gare su koma bayan ragowar iliman addini kamar misalin ilimin akida da Akhlak da tafsiri?


Salamu Alaikum
Tambaya ta farko: shin ilimin irfani da kashe-kashensa guda biyu irfanin nazari da irfanin amali suna daga cikin iliman addini? Idan ya kasance suna ciki, shin daga cikin mujtahidanmu akwai wadanda basa la’akari da su a matsayin iliman addini, ko kuma bisa mafi karantar kaddarawa sun kame baki kansu?
Tambaya ta biyu: mene ne ya sanya fikihu da usul da rijal da hadisi daga sune ake tsamo hukunci koma bayan ragowar iliman addini irinsu Akhlak akida da tafsiri ?

 

 

Da sunan Allah mai rahama mai jin kai

 

Dukkanin abinda ya dace da littafin Allah da sunnar manzon Allah (s.a.w) da hanyar Ahlil-baiti (as) tabbatacce to lallai shi yana daga cikin iliman addini babu banbanci cikin kasantuwarsa akida ko akhlak ko irfani da fikihu ko kuma daga sauran ilimai wadanda suke matsayin share fage ga wadannan ilamai, kai hatta iliman rayuwa kamar ilimin likitanci da kimiyya da wasunsu.

Na’am idan kaji cewa wasu ba’arin mujtahidai suna da sabani da ilimin irfani da falsafa to abinda suke nufi da irfani anan shine jabun irfani na sufanci da yake lazimta kafirci kamar misalin nazariyarsu ta wahadatul wujud zati, sai ka lura.

Amma dangane da tambayarka ta biyu, lallai fikihu ya kasu zuwa kashi biyu : fikhul Akbar wanda shi ne akida

Sai fikhul ausad matsakaici wanda shi ne : akhlak

Sai kuma asgar wanda shine fikihu wanda ake tsamo hukunci daga cikinsa da kuma komawa maraji’an taklidi ma’abota kwarewa a wannan fanni sakamakon toshewar kofar kofar ilimi yakini da budewar kofar zato abin la’akari wanda daga cikinsa fakihi wanda ya tattaro sharudda yake ciro hukunci, kuma fakihin yana bukatuwa cikin tsamo hukunci zuwa ga wadannan ilimai misalin usul fikihu rijal da hadisi da wasunsu
