The Howza news agency interviewed the manager of Propagation & Guidance Foundation about the activities of this foundation

"Publishing 600 books and translating their contents into the dominant languages by the Propagation & Guidance Foundation "; it was stated in an interview held by the news agency of Howza.

The manager of Propagation & Guidance Foundation said:" one of the problems we are grappling with is the huge cost of the posts, for instance in order to send 10 kilos of books to different countries, we have to spend 400 thousand tomans which is a considerable cost for us."

Talking to the news agency of Howza, Ayatollah Seyed Mohammad Ali Alawy explained the activities of the Propagation & Guidance Foundation and said:" this Foundation which was previously an institute, initiated its activities through the agency of His Eminence Ayatollah Seyed Adel Alawy by publishing the journal of "Al-Kothar" in the year 1405 (according to the Lunar Calendar) and afterwards, the monthly of Soto Al-Khazemein and Ushaq Ahle-Bait were also launched and sent to the various countries such as Iraq, Lebanon, Sweden, Australia, Saudi Arabia, countries around the Persian Gulf and Africa."

Mentioning the fact that the Propagation & Guidance Institute has been changed into the Propagation & Guidance Foundation within the past three years, he stated:" Al-Kothar journal, Propagation & Guidance Institute, the publications of Propagation & Guidance Foundation , Atfalina Institute, Daro Al-Mohaqeqin of Imam Sadiq, the monthly of Haq in Persian language, the monthly of Soto Al-Khazemein, the network channel of Al-Khazemein, the network channel of Alway net, Husayniyah of Khazemein in Iran, the Alawy Religious School, the clinic of Imam Zein al-Abedin, the translation office, the audio and video Institute, the Alawi mosque, Interest Free Loan Bank and etc. are some of the subsets of the Propagation & Guidance Foundation ."

The manager of Propagation & Guidance Foundation expressed:" the publication of this Foundation has published more than 600 books on various subjects up to now." Ayatollah Alawy said: "the main activity of the Atfalina Institute is to publish some journals in Urdu, Arabic, French and Persian which are specifically issued for children and also are published with proper contents for these ages."

Hinting at the website of Alawy net, the manager of Propagation & Guidance Foundation mentioned: "at the present time, the audio files of Dorus, the lessons' texts and books related to Ayatollah Madadi and Ayatollah Mohammad Reza Jalali have been uploaded on the website and are available for enthusiasts." Ayatollah Alawy stated: "administering the Husayniyah of Kazemein throughout Iran is one of the activities being conducted in this Foundation. These Husayniyahs are located in many cities like Tehran, Qom, Mashhad, Ahwaz, Isfahan, Khomeini Shahr, Kashan, Qarchak, Dawlat Abad of Tehran and etc. and some of them are directly being administered by Ayatollah Seyed Adel Alawy and the others are indirectly being conducted by His Eminence and some libraries have been built up there."

He stated: "there are more than 50000 books in Daro al-Mohaqeqin Center of Imam Sadiq that are being used by the scholars and researchers." The manager of Propagation & Guidance Foundation hinted at the activities of Daro Al-Tarjomah (Translation Center) and siad:" in this center, the books and websites have been translated into Urdu, French, English, Arabic, Turkish, Kurdish and etc." Ayatollah Alawy recounted the activities of the audio & video Institute of this Foundation and added:" this institute has been established to make programs for the various satellite networks and have succeeded in making 130 programs with respect to the different personages."

He continued:" we are cooperating with some channels and making programs for them; the channels like Ahle Bait, al-Anwar, al-Jawadain, al-Kazemain, al-'Ahd, al-Ma'arif, al-Wilayah, al-Jazirah, al-Ahwaz, al-'Aalam, al-Forat, al-Kothar, Thaamen, al-Serat and etc." The manager of Propagation & Guidance Foundation mentioned that one of the activities of this Foundation is to print a course named "Resalah Islamiyah" (Islamic journal) and said:" this course is a complete collection of 120 books written by His Eminence Ayatollah Seyed Adel Alawy and up to now, 35 volumes of this course have been published."

Ayatollah Alawy added: "publishing the Encyclopedia of "al-Alawy al-Masir Le-Shabab" is among our activities and three courses of them have been lunched within various subjects." Believing that attending book fairs is one of the main activities of this Foundation, he continued:" going to the book fairs of Tehran, Qom, Najaf and Kazemain are among the other activities of this Foundation." The manager of Propagation & Guidance Foundation stated:" one of the problems we are grappling with is the huge cost of the posts, for instance in order to send 10 kilos of books to different countries, we have to spend 400 thousand tomans which is a considerable cost for us."

Finally, Ayatollah Alawy related:" due to the mentioned problems, most of these activities such as cooperating and answering to the questions of 5000 foreigner members have been suspended and we aren't able to send response letters, various books and journal for the Shiites all over the world as we used to do before.
