Hello dear seyid do the Lady Zahra (peace be up on her) used to have Menstruation like other women?
In the Name of God the Merciful the Compassionate
It is narrated that in the holy Hadith she used not to have it as it is the meaning of her Batul (one that is private from Menstruation) it is not strange as the daughters of prophets have given this honor, god use to give someone whatever he wants as he is Omni power.
