is it lawful divorce of temporary Marriage after one to two days of marriage and there was not an intercourse does she have to take abstinence of divorce?

In the Name of God the Merciful the Compassionate
The divorce is exist in the eternal marriage, concerning temporary one it is enough for separation to offer the rest of the period like he says(i have offer you the rest of the period) then she will be illegitimate for him, and if there was not intercourse there will not be period of abstinence she can remarriage.
