Question:
My dear master I would like to kindly ask from your eminence a tried and true way of asking for help from Imam al-Mahdi (A), may Allah hasten his reappearance.
Answer:
In the name of Allah the beneficent the merciful,
Imam Ali (A) said: (become sincere and you will gain success), what has been tried and has become a proven result is the idea of gaining the quality of sincerity .Therefore, becoming what is known as a sincere person. What we mean by becoming sincere here, we are referring to the intention that will eventually lead to the correct action, because once the person corrects his intention that will become a reason for them to reach the correct striving, objective, and destination. Therefore, if that person wanted to seek help from the awaited Imam al-Mahdi (A) they should say, “oh father of the righteous one save me”, and if that person was sincere and has accumulated knowledge of the one who he is asking from (the Imam) then indeed Allah will help him receive that help, because Allah is the best of helpers.
