Raben-raben Takiyya

Ma'anoni cikin rabe-rabenta na farko ta rabu zuwa gida biyu:

1-ma'anoni na hakika: da ma'anar surantata da hankaltarta bai tsaya kan suranta wasu abubuwan daban kamar ma'anar mutum.

2-ma'anoni na jingina: surantata da hankaltarta kadai yana tsayuwa kan hankaltar wasu abubuwan daban kmar misalin ilimi lallai shi tsani ne tsakanin masani da abinda yake sani ko kuma abinda ya samu daga geresu, sai ya san shi ya suranta mafhuminsa da ma'anarsa bisa jingina zuwa garesu.

Ita Takiyya tana daga ma'ana na jingina, daga cikin rukunanta akwai shi mai yin Takiyya da kuma mutumin da kake Takiyya don gujewa cutarwarsa kamar Makiyi da mutumin da kake da sabani da shi, sai kuma abinda ake Takiyya cikinsa kamar misalin hukunce-hkuncen ibada misalin sallah, sai kuma Takiyya kankin kanta.

Bahasi cikin Takiyya da rabe-rabenta kadai dai yana kasancewa cikin misalin wadnanan rukunai da mulahazozi da la'akari, a wani lokacin suna rarrabata zuwa gida biyu: Takiyyar Fa'ili idan an kalli shi mai yinta a kankin kansa, Takiyyar Kabili idan an la'akari wanda ake Takiyya don gujewa cutarwars, a wani lokacin kuma suna rarrabata bisa kallon ita Takiyya a kankin kanta sun raba zuwa gida hudu: Ikrahiya (ta tilas) Kaufiya (don tsoro) Kitmaniyya (don boyewa) Almudaratiyya (bi sannu sannu) kamar yanda Assayidul Komaini ya karkasata cikin littafinsa da ya wallafa kan Takiyya.

Sannan Takiyya idan an kalli mai yinta tana banbantuwa sakamakon sassabawar mutane cikin yin Takiyya, hakika Takiyyar Annabawa da Waliyyai ta saba da Takiyyar ragowar mutane.

Haka zalika Takiyya tana sassabawa idan mun kalli karbar mutane da masu yinta da wadanda ake yi don gujewa cutarwarsu, lallai don gujewar cutarwar Sarakuna da shugabanni ta banbanta da yinta don gujewa cutarwar gama garin mutane, haka zalika Takiyya daga masu bin sabanin Mazhabar Ahlil-baiti ba dai-dai take da Takiyya daga shi'a ba.

Amma Takiyya bisa la'akari ayyuka, lallai wani lokacin tana kasance cikin aikin Haramun a wani karon kuma cikin barin aikin wajibi, sannan martabobin haramun da wajibai suna da banbanci da sassabawa a mahangar shari'a mai tsarki da kallon lafiyayyen hankali, ta iya yiwuwa Takiyya ta kasance cikin barin wani juzu'i da yanki da yankunan mahiyya hakika daga hakikar wani aiki ko ibada kamar misalin barin wani yanki da juzu'an sallah saboda Takiyya, a wani karon kuma cikin barin sharadi.[1]   ko kuma bisa la'akari da samuwar wani shamaki, babban malaminmu Shaik Ansari kadai dai ya karkata cikin Risalarsa cikin Takiyya ya zuwa hukunce-hukuncenta na fikhu da rabe-rabenta bisa la'akari da hukunce-hukuncen taklifi guda biyar: wajibi, mustahabbi,haramun makaruhi, mubahi-kamar  yand ada sannu zamu kawo su nan gaba da yardar Allah-sannan Masana fikhu baki dayansu kadai dai sun kwankwashi kofofin Takiyya bisa la'akari aiki cikin tabbatuwa ko korewa da zai zamana bai dace da Takiyya ba shin za a bada lada kansa ko kuma dai yama gurbata?      

      

[1] Banbanci tsakanin juzu'I da sharadi shine cewa shi juzu'I yana cikin mahiyya murakkab kamar misalin ruku'u cikin sallah, shi kuma sharadi a wajen mahiyya kamar misalin alwala dangane da sallah.
